Our Open Mat sessions
This is a 90 minute Judo class, the first half is set up where you can focus on your individual techniques. Instructor(s) will be there to provide guidance as requested.
The second half is for Randori The class is lead by XXXXXXXX. They meet every XXXXXXXX. This additional class is FREE to all Anchorage Dojo Judo members. If you are not a member, but would like to participate in this class only, it is $25 per month
